Why Raymond Leigh & Partners Exists
Before becoming an educational platform, Raymond Leigh worked closely with both business owners and the institutions that acquired them. This gave us a clear view of how deals really unfold from both sides of the table. That experience continues to shape the insights we share today.
We saw how often founders entered the process unprepared. These were strong businesses with real value but limited understanding of how buyers think, structure offers, and negotiate. The outcome was often the same. Value was left behind, control was lost, and key opportunities were missed.
